New York-based United Labs initiated a series of training sessions and workshops in Senegal to on-board our corporate client’s staff on Infiniti, our digital finance and core banking system that advances financial inclusion in Africa. The first sessions were conducted for FDEA, our country partner and one of Senegal’s most popular Microfinance Institution. United Labs has recently implemented a company-wide digital transformation project at FDEA to help this institution deploys more effective digital finance and banking products.
The training sessions were conducted by Ms. Gnilane Faye, United Labs’ Account Coordinator who is based in Senegal. The staff was very receptive to the new system and several new banking products were introduced including a new type of microloan program. United Labs is working on deploying additional services including the institution’s own e-wallet solution and a microinsurance product.
